The Sharpe 77 Series 2" sanitary butterfly valve is one of the most widely specified sizes across hygienic process industries because it balances flow capacity, system footprint, and component cost to suit a broad range of applications. In food, beverage, and dairy processing it handles main product transfer lines, tank outlets, and CIP supply headers. In pharmaceutical and biotech environments, 2" sanitary butterfly valves are a standard choice for WFI distribution and buffer prep systems. For data center liquid cooling, 2" is a common size for primary coolant supply and return headers feeding CDU inlet/outlet connections, and for manifold isolation points in larger direct-to-chip or immersion-adjacent liquid cooling installations where flow volumes require more than the 1-1/2" version can deliver without excessive velocity.

The precision-milled 304 SS body and fully polished disc provide a hygienic flow path free of crevices or dead legs. Tri-clamp ends allow tool-minimal installation and seat swaps without cutting into the line.
