The Sharpe 77 Series 1" sanitary butterfly valve is built for compact fluid handling circuits where space is at a premium and cleanliness standards are crucial. At 1", this is the smallest size in the S77 lineup and is well-suited to branch lines, sample ports, instrument isolation, and low-flow distribution legs in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing. In data center liquid cooling applications, 1" valves like this are commonly used on cold plate micro-channel branch circuits, individual rack-level CDU feeds, and direct-to-chip cooling loops where precise flow isolation at the server level is required. The tri-clamp end configuration supports fast, tool-minimal installation and removal, which is critical in high-uptime environments with tight maintenance windows.

The precision-milled 304 stainless steel body and fully machined and polished disc provide a hygienic, crevice-free flow path. EPDM seating is compatible with water, deionized water, and water-glycol coolant blends standard in closed-loop liquid cooling infrastructure, and meets FDA 21CFR 177.2600 for regulated process applications. Bubble-tight bidirectional shutoff to 150 PSI and a 200°F operating limit cover the full range of sanitary and DCLC service conditions at this line size. Each valve body is engraved with the SCI logo, material grade, size, heat number, and country of origin for traceability.
