Returns & Warranty Claims

JME™ Returns Policy Overview

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the order is received. Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition (new and in original package), with the exception of warranty claims.

Ordering errors or cancellations after shipment will be charged round-trip freight and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more.

Any return merchandise requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number assigned prior to shipment.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. All packages must be clearly marked with the RMA Number and a copy of the Returned Merchandise Authorization Form included in the package. Items returned without proper documentation will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more.

Please note special order items could be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more or could be deemed non-returnable.

Please prepare the following information for the warranty evaluation:

-JME order or invoice number
-Item number
-Lot, model or serial number
-Description of Issue
-Solution/product it was being used with
-Indoor or Outdoor application
-Amount of time in use prior to failure
-Photos or Video of defect/complaint

Made-To-Order (MTO) Items

Custom made items, such as custom hose assemblies, or other items marked as “Non-Cancellable”, “Non-Refundable”, and/or “non-returnable” will not be accepted for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturer defect, or the item is under warranty.

Warranty Claims

Items under warranty must be returned freight prepaid per the instructions of the RMA. Once the item is inspected and if the warranty claim is approved, a replacement, repair, or credit will be issued at John M. Ellsworth Company or at the manufacturer's discretion.
