The TTI PowerBreather™ TT-BB-CV Desiccant Breather is engineered to protect critical equipment and lubricants from moisture and particulate contamination in demanding industrial environments. Designed with advanced check-valve technology, this breather is ideal for low-flow and intermittent operation, particularly in high-humidity or washdown conditions where contamination risk is elevated.

Air entering the unit is filtered through a multi-stage system, including 1-micron absolute filtration that prevents harmful particles from entering the reservoir and causing premature wear. The integrated PowerGel silica gel efficiently removes moisture from incoming air while also absorbing humidity from within the equipment during shutdown periods, helping maintain optimal dryness and extend fluid life.

The durable ABS outer shell provides clear visual monitoring of silica gel condition to ensure timely replacement, while the rugged nylon center tube promotes consistent airflow and structural integrity.
