The TTI PowerBreather™ TT-2-CV Desiccant Breather delivers advanced protection against moisture and particulate contamination, helping extend equipment life and maintain lubricant integrity in demanding industrial environments. Designed with integrated check-valve technology, this breather is optimized for low-flow and intermittent operations, making it ideal for high-humidity and washdown applications where contamination risks are elevated.

Contaminated air entering the breather is processed through a multi-stage filtration system featuring 1-micron absolute particulate filtration, effectively preventing harmful debris from entering equipment reservoirs. The proprietary PowerGel silica gel removes moisture from incoming air while also absorbing humidity from inside the system during shutdown, ensuring consistent dryness and reducing the risk of corrosion and fluid degradation.

Constructed with a rugged ABS outer shell and reinforced nylon center tube, the PowerBreather™ promotes even airflow and long-lasting durability. The clear housing allows for quick visual inspection of desiccant condition, supporting proactive maintenance.
