Racor's Nomad 12V DC 300 Watt In-Line Diesel Fuel Heater helps to preheat diesel fuel for a quicker start in cold weather. All diesel fuels (other than pure #1 diesel) contain dissolved waxes. At cold temperatures, wax crystallizes, leading to fuel gelling and filter plugging. These changes greatly reduce fuel flow, adversely affecting operation. The Racor Nomad In-Line Fuel Heater is an excellent way to winterize vehicles for cold weather applications.
