Graco Fluid Defender Dual Level Sensors

Fluid Defender Level Sensor monitors lubrication fluid tank levels in above ground, stationary tanks. This dual level sensor provides signal to the Graco Fluid Defender and Pulse Fluid Defender when a tank becomes either empty or full, warning of potential pump cavitation or overfill. The sensor can be tied into air control solenoid to shut off air flow to pumps when level sensor detects either an empty or full tank.

The low level sensor is used to detect an empty tank and the float is in the up position and the sensor contacts are closed during normal operation. When the float moves to the down position and the sensor contacts are open during a low level condition, triggering Fluid Defender alarm. The high level sensor is used to detect a full tank and the float is in the down position and the sensor contacts are closed during normal operation.  The float moves to the up position and the sensor contacts are open during a high level condition, triggering the Fluid Defender alarm. The 10 ft. cable for use in storage tanks up to 10 ft. in height and the 30 ft. cable is for use in tanks up to 30 ft. in height.
