The Gates 3/8 in. Data Master Data Center Cooling Hose is a high-performance fluid transfer hose engineered to balance flow capacity with impressive flexibility in high-density environments. This 3/8-inch inner diameter (ID) has become an industry standard because it comfortably handles the flow rates required for many server nodes (approx. 1 gallon per minute) without causing excessive pressure drops.

Featuring a zinc-free, peroxide-cured EPDM tube, the Data Master hose prevents fluid contamination and ensures best-in-class compatibility with deionized water-glycol mixtures like PG25. Its synthetic fiber braid reinforcement and flame-resistant cover offer critical fire safety for white space infrastructure.

Designed for precision routing where traditional hard piping is not an option, this hose offers a slim, flexible profile that can navigate complex internal layouts with a minimum bend radius of just 1.25 inches (31.75 mm) without kinking.
