The Gates 1/4 in. Data Master Data Center Cooling Hose is a high-performance fluid transfer hose specifically engineered for the extreme space constraints of modern server architectures. This 1/4-inch diameter is the ideal choice for direct-to-chip (D2C) cooling and individual component-level thermal management, where navigating ultra-dense internal layouts is critical.

Featuring a metal-free, peroxide-cured EPDM tube, the Data Master cooling hose prevents fluid contamination and ensures best-in-class compatibility with deionized water-glycol mixtures like PG25. For certified fire safety, the hose includes a flame-resistant cover meeting UL94V-0 and UL224 VW-1 standards. It also offers excellent ozone resistance to prevent degradation near high-voltage electronics.

Designed to provide the smallest possible liquid cooling footprint, this model is up to 23% slimmer and 150% more flexible than leading competitors hoses of the same inner diameter. The Gates Data Master allows for easier routing around sensitive motherboard components with minimal force, reducing mechanical stress on connectors and cold plates.
