The Gates 1/2 in. Data Master Data Center Cooling Hose is a high-performance fluid transfer hose engineered to balance flow efficiency with the space constraints of modern server environments. 1/2-inch diameter is a strategic choice for high-density racks because it handles higher heat loads and achieves a lower pressure drop compared to smaller lines, allowing cooling pumps to operate more efficiently.

Gates Data Master hoses are made with a zinc-free, peroxide-cured EPDM tube that ensures best-in-class compatibility with deionized water-glycol mixtures like PG25 while preventing metal-related fluid contamination over time. For maximum safety in data center white space areas, the hose includes a flame-resistant cover that meets UL94V-0 and UL224 VW-1 standards.

The Data Master series is specifically designed with a narrower profile and superior flexibility to simplify routing in complex, tight-access configurations.
