FastPipe® 7ft. 6 in. L Aluminum Compressed Air Rigid Piping, Blue

FastPipe® rigid aluminum compressed air blue piping is used in systems that use compression-style fittings for fast installation in half the time of traditional methods. No gluing, threading or soldering required. The aluminum airline FastPipe® system is only as safe as a thorough installation. Care must be taken on any installation of the FastPipe® system. Assemble all NPT PIPE THREADS with two wraps of Thread tape and then pipe sealant to prevent thread galling. Support the pipe with clips/hangers a maximum of 10 ft. spacing and on one side of each fitting. Any machine/compressor plumbed to the FastPipe® must have a JUMPER HOSE to reduce vibration.

Pipes will carry compressed air/gas up to 190 psi. Make sure compressor output temperature does not exceed 140°F. Read all installation instructions and watch installation videos before starting. For outside installation cover or paint the nylon fittings to protect from direct sunlight UV rays. The aluminum piping is 7 ft. 6in. long and available in 3/4 in., 1 in., 1 1/2 in., and 2 in. diameters. Blue powder-coated aluminum pipe.
