Tudertechnica Spiraltech 2 in. Butyl Extra Glide Food & Beverage Hose

The Tudertechnica SPIRALTECH® BUTYL EXTRA GLIDE hose is a premium-grade, highly flexible hose designed for a wide range of food products, particularly wine and spirits. Constructed with a white BIIR (butyl isobutylene isoprene rubber) tube that is phthalate-free and compliant with numerous food contact material standards, it meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat. 2, DM 21/03/1973, REGULATION 1935/2004/CE, and others. Its low permeation and low friction properties, combined with its light weight, make it ideal for truck collection applications. This hose is manufactured according to GMP (Reg. (CE) 2023/2006).

This hose features synthetic plies and thermoplastic wire helices for reinforcement. The cover is corrugated, with a green outer thermoplastic helix nested within the red, smooth rubber cover, providing resistance to abrasion, aging, ozone, and oil. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +120°C (-13°F to +248°F). The hose is marked with "TUDERTECHNICA SPIRALTECH® BUTYL EXTRA GLIDE". It also maintains a vacuum and can handle a working pressure of 10 bar (150 psi) and a burst pressure of 30 bar (450 psi).
