TransferFlow 40 Gallon DOT Refueling Tank System

Place the fuel cans on the curb when you install a safe, legal, and reliable Transfer Flow refueling tank in the bed of your pickup truck. The 40-gallon refueling tank is perfect for vehicles or equipment on the go, they will save you time, money, and hassle. The tank system is Department of Transportation (DOT) legal to carry and transfer gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. The compact design of the tank fits under most tonneau covers and sits comfortably in the bed of all light and heavy duty trucks. The refueling tank is made from 12-gauge ReliaSteel®, high-yield U.S. aluminized steel, for superior durability and strength and a black powder coated durable satin finish. The refueling tank comes complete with all parts needed for installation. Note: Product dimensions include 3 in. width for the mounting brackets and 3" in height for the filler neck.

Attention: Adhere to these guidelines before installation. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in voiding your warranty.

• The fill cap location and pump location cannot be swapped.
• Do not install risers between the fuel tank fitting and the pump.
• Do not use extension pipes to raise the height of the transfer pump.
• Do not install a pump over 30 lbs. to a standard duty tank. For pumps over 30 lbs., a Severe Series tank must be used. The 30 lb. limit includes pump and any other accessories such as filter kit, meters, etc.
