The RDS Manufacturing 113 Gallon Aluminum Rectangular Transfer Fuel Tank is a high-performance, DOT-approved solution for transporting diesel, gasoline, or aviation fuel. Proudly made in the USA, this tank is constructed from heavy-duty, rust-resistant 0.125-inch aluminum and features fully welded seams for superior durability. Each tank undergoes 100% pressure testing to ensure leak-free performance. Designed with built-in baffles to minimize fuel sloshing and a vehicle rollover safety valve, this tank offers both safety and reliability. Ideal for commercial and industrial use, it includes a 2-inch female pipe thread coupling for a manual or 12V transfer pump (sold separately) and a 3/8-inch NPTF(F) drain plug for easy maintenance.

Note: Transfer tanks have a drain plug and can be used to gravity feed diesel.

Attention: Adhere to these guidelines before installation. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in voiding your warranty.

• The fill cap location and pump location cannot be swapped.
• Do not install risers between the fuel tank fitting and the pump.
• Do not use extension pipes to raise the height of the transfer pump.
• Do not install a pump over 30 lbs. to a standard duty tank. For pumps over 30 lbs., a Severe Series tank must be used. The 30 lb. limit includes pump and any other accessories such as filter kit, meters, etc.

Important Notes:

• Mounting tabs extend out 1 in. - adds 2 in. to total length and 1 in. to total width
• Add 2 1/2 in. for fill cap height
• Always measure the truck's bed for clearance at corners, wheel wells, etc.
