The compact 812MA Series diesel fuel filter/water separator utilizes a 2-stage filtration system that includes a water coalescing filter and a final, 40 micron depth filter. The housing is made of 100% steel construction and meets applicable marine classification society requirements for marine fuel filters on classed and inspected vessels. The filter/water separator is designed to filter water and solid contaminants from diesel fuel and offers large diesel engine operators both ease of maintenance and continuous engine operation. Continuous operations include filter change-outs, draining of accumulated water, and sufficient fuel flow for prime or standby power operations, commercial marine engines, or other large diesel engine applications.

The 812MA filter is a single unit configuration that features a single unit to deliver fuel flow rates of 720 gallons per hour, utilizing the 40 micron depth filter cartridges. Genuine Racor filter cartridges feature our proprietary Aquabloc® Synergy media and are readily available globally. Install on suction side of pump for maximum efficiency and filter life. All double manifolded assemblies have steel ball valves to allow the isolation of each unit so you don't have to shut the engine down to service the filter. The manifold pipes are threaded at each end, so once installed on the engine, fuel can flow from the left or right-just cap the ends you do not use.
