This enables the user to position and operate the tool in an easier and lighter manner. Main hanger rotates 360° The spring balancer prevents tool from free falling when a spring breaks. Includes a gauge to sense tension control quality. Additional hanger hooks are attached on the upper and lower sides. Features The balancer improves worker's efficiency and decreases fatigue.
