40,000 BTU low pressure, Spark Ignition, propane and natural gas dual fuel model. Low profile 14 in. Taking up less room and making it easier to handle and work around. Energy efficient by featuring an On/Off switch and can run using LP or natural gas, integrates in with existing house control system. Far reaching heat is what is provided with the L.B. White L-40 radiant brooder produces a wider, more temperature consistent heat zone than leading competitive low pressure brooders, giving birds more options to find their comfort zone.
This low pressure brooder has a simple design, making assembly time much quicker than other low pressure brooders. Fewer parts and connections make repair easy. L-40 can be used to replace one or all competitive 40,000 btu/hr brooders in a poultry house as connections match. Simply unplug the competitive unit and plug in the L-40 to utilize the consistent and far reaching heat pattern. Note: The heaters are designed for agricultural applications with well vented buildings.
