JohnDow 17-Gallon HD Low-Profile Oil Drain

Low-profile oil drain designed for use with heavy-duty trucks, buses, RV's and other low profile heavy-duty equipment. Can be used as a gravity drain or with optional air evacuation kit.

This optional kit JDI-EK (not included when just the cart is ordered) converts the JDI-LP4 drain cart into a self-evacuating drain using regular shop air, oil is easily transferred from the drain to the storage tank. Includes: 7 PSI fixed air regulator, Safety relief valve, 10 ft. Evacuation hose, 3/4 in. Male quick disconnect coupler, 3/4 in. Female quick disconnect coupler, and 2 in. drain plug.

Air Regulator & Safety Relief Valve - The regulator and safety relief valve are installed in two ports on the rear of the drain. A metal guard surrounds them to protect against damage. The fixed 7psi regulator allows the proper amount of compressed air to enter the drain during the evacuation process while the safety relief valve prevents over-pressurizing the reservoir.

Quick Disconnect Evacuation Hose - The 10' evacuation hose includes a quick disconnect coupler making the evacuation process clean and easy. The male coupler is attached to the gate valve on the drain while the female coupler is attached to the hose. When not in use the hose can be permanently attached to the storage tank.
