Hannay V-3 Series aviation hose reels handle a single hose 2-1/2 in. or 3 in. I.D. hose for jet/AV gas fuel dispensing. Chain and sprocket drive powered by a 12 volt electric explosion proof motor provide effortless and fast rewinding.

  • Rugged, industrial-duty, roll-formed frame construction
  • Explosion proof electric rewind (1/2 HP) - Supplied with explosion proof switch, solenoid, and junction box
  • Optional auxiliary crank rewind for power rewind reels
  • Power rewind reels are supplied with a comet brake
  • Standard Inlet: 90° ball bearing swivel joint with 3 in. Victaulic® groove
  • Standard Outlet: Flanged riser with 3 in. female NPT threads - Other sizes and/or threads can be furnished and must be specified
  • Inlet, outlet riser, hub assembly are aluminum for jet fuels
  • Rollers and roller mounting brackets are accessory items - Must specify roller position
  • Standard pressures to 150 PSI (10 bar)
  • Standard fluid temperatures from -20° F to +212° F (-29° C to +100° C)
  • Consult a JME sales specialist for other pressures and temperatures
