The Goldenrod 495 Series is a heavy-duty solution for high-performance filtration in gravity-flow or pumped fuel systems. Engineered for durability in industrial environments, this kit features a zinc die-cast top cap (available in 3/4" or 1" NPT) and a clear, impact-resistant bowl rated for a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI. This 10-micron particulate filter efficiently removes rust, sand, dirt, and scale from gasoline, diesel, and biodiesel blends up to B20. The transparent design allows for immediate visual monitoring, helping operators identify restricted flow or contaminated fuel before it reaches equipment.

• Capacity & Flow: Optimized for a maximum flow rate of 25 GPM, providing efficient transfer for large-scale storage tanks.
• Maintenance Features: Includes an integrated sediment drain valve and uses replacement element No. 470-5.
• Installation Integrity: Always mount a shutoff valve between the tank and the filter's "IN" port. Apply a thin coating of oil to both sides of gasket No. 202204 during assembly and hand-tighten the bowl to prevent future removal difficulties.
• Safety Warning: Use only authentic Goldenrod replacement elements to ensure proper conductivity and prevent static discharge.
