The VISCOFLUX Lite standard drum unloading system for handling low to medium viscosity products (up to 50,000 cps viscosity) in industrial applications. Pump in stainless steel material with PTFE stator. System designed for standard steel drums with 22-1/2"ID. System requires 120V for the electric motor on top of the pump and compressed air to raise the follower plate back up. Pump includes 1.5 inch hose connection. Use with the following medias: Substances just capable of flowing by gravity, Soft lubricating greases up to NLGI class 1, Leveling compounds, Base materials for paints and varnishes, Solvent-based blend pastes, Coating compounds (base coats), Adhesives/construction glues/fixing compounds, and Corrosion protection gels.
To Order: The Viscoflux Lite system and all FLUX series 500 pumps are designed for handling high viscosity fluids or products and are subject to technical review with the manufacturer before sale/order release. Please provide the liquid or product to be pumped and the viscosity.
Note: FLUX also offers VISCOFLUX Lite System with different components for other drum dimensions and for other applications including sanitary applications in the food processing industry, for handling flammable products, for higher viscosity products (up to 100,000 cps viscosity), with air operated motor, with elastomers in other materials and other options.
