The EBW side seal fill pipe adapter is installed on the fill riser pipe in spill containment manways on underground storage tanks. The adapters are used to connect delivery drop elbows to the fill pipe for fuel deliveries. The EBW side seal adapter fits all 4" side seal drop elbows and side seal fill caps.
