The Dixon 21MP-G300 adapts a 3" tri-clamp ferrule connection to a 3" male NPT thread, bridging sanitary tubing systems to standard threaded pipe, equipment ports, or liquid cooling infrastructure. Made from 304 stainless steel with a 3-A sanitary finish, this adapter is ideal for food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing lines, as well as data center liquid cooling systems where internal surface cleanliness is critical to protecting cold plates, heat exchangers, and distribution manifolds from particulate contamination and bio-fouling. Overall length (dimension A) is 3.07 inches.

The tri-clamp end supports quick disconnection and reassembly during maintenance without disturbing the NPT side of the connection. This is an advantage in data center environments where coolant distribution units (CDUs) and rack-level manifolds require periodic service under tight maintenance windows. The clamped gasket seal also maintains integrity under pump vibration and thermal cycling better than threaded-only connections.
