The Dixon 21MP-G200 connects a 2" tri-clamp ferrule end to a 2" male NPT thread, allowing sanitary tubing systems to interface with standard threaded pipe or equipment. This adapter is made from 304 stainless steel with a 3-A sanitary finish and is ideal for food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing lines as well as data center liquid cooling infrastructure where both cleanability and a secure threaded connection are required. Overall length (dimension A) is 2.64 inches.

In data center cooling applications, the tri-clamp end enables rapid disconnection and reassembly during maintenance windows without disturbing the permanently threaded side of the connection. This is especially useful where cooling manifolds or CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) supply lines tie into server rack plumbing. The 3-A sanitary interior finish minimizes particulate buildup that could foul cold plate micro-channels.
