Boss® washer seal to use with spud and stem couplings, universally recommended for steam hose connections. Can also be widely used for air, water, fluid petroleum, chemicals and liquid petroleum gas up to 1" ID. The couplings can be used with many types of rubber, synthetic, plastic, metallic or semi-metallic hose. The Klingersil® C-4401 washer is made of nitrile rubber bonded, no-asbestos. Recommended for steam service up to 450° F (232° C). Use with Boss® washer seal fittings
