The B45-Series Air Blow Check Valve with Quick-Connect Plug is a high-performance, fail-safe valve engineered for sanitary processing systems. Designed to inject clean air or gas into pipelines or evacuate residual product and cleaning solutions, this valve is ideal for applications in food, beverage, dairy, personal care, and industrial markets. Its air-to-open, spring-to-close mechanism ensures reliable backflow prevention, while its 316L stainless steel construction and EPDM sealing components provide durability and chemical resistance. The valve conforms to 3A accepted practices when used with the B45ABFD150 filter disc (sold separately), making it suitable for contact with milk and milk products.

Note: Filter disc (optional) must be used when installed for Accepted Practice 3A 604-05, Supplying Air under Pressure in Contact with Milk, Milk products and Product Contact.
