The VersaChem hose has been engineered for maximum versatility, handling a massive variety of liquids, high viscous substances and powdery materials. For applications where static dissipation is a requirement such as conveying chemicals in an explosive atmosphere. The inner liner of the hose is constructed with a white non-porous UHMWPE liner that is compliant with FDA regulations.
The VersaChem hose is targeted to the petrochemical industry, downstream and midstream bulk hauling, tank trucks, railroad cars, pharmaceutical industry as well as food and beverage industry and distilleries. The hose offers a 250 PSI working pressure and complies to ARPM guidelines on 4:1 safety factor that is critical in hazardous applications. The hose is built on a chromed mandrel to ensure that it is FDA/USDA compliant, resistant to conventional cleaning agents and CIP processes.
