Chemline Plastics SM Series metering ball valve is designed for fine linear flow control of chemicals or clean fluids. The ball is solid with graduated V-groove cut on the outside surface. Liner flow control is accomplished through 180-degree rotation of the handle. PP is used in a wide variety of applications from acids and alkali’s to organic solvents as well as pure water. It is one of the best materials to use for systems exposed to varying pH levels, as many plastics do not handle both acids and bases well.
