Betts 19 in. Sanitary Manway Assembly w/ Two 3" Nozzles

The Betts Sanitary Manway is designed an manufactured to meet the vigorous requirement of the sanitary industry. All product contact surfaces are mechanically polished to a #4 finish and the entire manway is electropolished to a lustrous finish. The electropolished finish provides improved corrosion resistance and easier cleaning. The manway features a 7 gage collar, 10 gage stud platform, 10 gage inner head, and a 12 gage dust cover. The double gusseted 3/4 in. stub ACME studs are accompanied by heavy-duty hold-down dogs and easy grip wing-nuts with brass inserts. The gasket has a sealing lip to reduce leakage due to surge. During installation and welding to the tank, care should be exercised to insure collars remain flat and round. If necessary, a welding fixture should be used to prevent distortion.
