51 Gallon Aluminum Rectangle DOT Powder Coated Transfer Tank w/ GPI HP100 Pump Description

Transfer Tank Package includes a 51 gallon powder coated aluminum refueling transfer tank designed for diesel or gasoline. The package also comes with a GPI HP100 lever actuated hand pump.

Attention: Adhere to these guidelines before installation. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in voiding your warranty.

• The fill cap location and pump location cannot be swapped.
• Do not install risers between the fuel tank fitting and the pump.
• Do not use extension pipes to raise the height of the transfer pump.
• Do not install a pump over 30 lbs. to a standard duty tank. For pumps over 30 lbs., a Severe Series tank must be used. The 30 lb. limit includes pump and any other accessories such as filter kit, meters, etc.

  • Lightweight, die-cast aluminum housing.

  • Built-in air valve to prevent leakage at the nozzle.
• Non-UL Model:
  • 3/4 in. x 8 ft. Buna-N hose. 
  • Thermoplastic unleaded nozzle.
  • Built-in nozzle holder.
• UL Model:
  • UL Model:3/4 in. x 8 ft. Electrically Conductive hose (UL Listed) with metal nozzle.
  • Suction Pipe: Plastic, adjustable 22 to 40 in.
• Pumping Capacity: 1/2 gallon (1.9 litres) per stroke cycle.

• Hose and Nozzle:
• Pumping Settings: 1/2 gallon setting for high volume, high resistance. 1/4 gallon setting for low volume, low resistance.

  Add 2-1/2 in. for cap height
  Pumps with aluminum threads must be coated with Anti-Seize prior to installation. Do not dry fit. Do not use teflon tape or pipe dope.
  Do not install a pump over 30 lbs. to a standard duty tank. For pumps over 30 lbs., a Severe Series tank must be used.
  This tank must be grounded to your vehicle. Metal to metal contact between mounting hardware and truck bed or running a ground wire to one of the mounting bolts.
