Heavy-Duty Sanitary Bolted Clamps for High-Pressure Process Lines

The Wayland W413MHPV series is a high-pressure bolted tri-clamp engineered for demanding industrial environments where standard hinge clamps are insufficient. Made from T304 stainless steel with a 32 Ra ID/OD surface finish, these 13MHPV-style clamps provide a secure, uniform seal across the gasket to prevent leaks in high-performance computing (HPC) liquid cooling skids, food processing, and pharmaceutical lines.

These clamps are specifically designed to handle approximately twice the pressure of standard sanitary clamps, making them a critical component for managing high-flow requirements and abrasive media. Key features:

• Pressure Rating: Up to 750 PSI at 70°F for 1" size, up to 500 PSI for 1.5" through 2.5" sizes
• Compliance: 3A 63-04 #3756 certified for sanitary fittings
• Applications: Ideal for modular cooling systems and process lines requiring frequent cleaning-in-place (CIP) or breakdown for maintenance
• Durable Construction: T304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance against water-glycol mixtures, dielectric fluids, and common sanitary cleaners

Note: For optimal performance and safety, ensure all nuts are tightened to the recommended 20 ft. lb. of torque. PTFE gaskets are not recommended for use with 13MHP/V bolted clamps.
