Description

Vena Technosil Polyester braided silicone tubing that can be used in places with high pressure due to his resistance.

Extruded FDA and USP VI platinum cured silicone hose, with polyester braid reinforcement, for food and pharma processing.

Recommended for repetitive movements in dosing and filling machines where no tight bending radius is needed it. Available in long lengths applications. Is it resistant to UV, radiation and ozone. It is gamma stable and autoclavable.

Features

• Odorless, tasteless and completely non-toxic.
• Translucent and smooth inner and outer appearance.
• Can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end with a roughness value of less than 0.8 µm (or 0.5 µm on request).
• Operational temperature ranges from -60°C (-75°F) to +180°C (356°F), it may reach up to +200°C (392°F) during short periods of time.
• The standard manufacturing length is 10 meters long (32.81 ft.), but they can be manufactured in other lengths if required.
