Steel & O’Brien quarter-turn stainless steel sanitary valves use a disc mounted on a rotating shaft to control flow. They are designed to create a leak-proof connection to clamp fittings when combined with a gasket and clamp. A squeezable trigger handle allows the valve to be manually locked into several positions at various degrees of "open".
