Scully ST-47-115 ELK/D Groundhog Static Ground Proving Control Monitor w/ Lamps, Key Protected Bypass Switch & Deadman Switch

Scully's ST-47 Groundhog Static Ground Proving Control Unit can be used with a variety of loading operations including tank trucks, rail tank cars, aircraft refuelers and tanks to ensure that transport vehicles are properly tied to ground before and during the loading operation. These can operate in conjunction with the Scully Overfill Prevention System (ST-35® or ST-15) or as an independent ground verification unit.

Features

• Self-Proving, the Groundhog continuously monitors the grounding connection throughout the loading operation
• Can be used in conjunction with the Scully Overfill Prevention System offering one quick connection for overfill protection and grounding verification
• Can also be used as a completely independent ground verification system with a special quick-release plug for grounding to a specially designed, vehicle mounted, electronic ball (separate earth bond cable required)
• Direct earth tie point at loading rack available
• Immediately shuts down the loading operation if proper static grounding is not present
• No manual checks are needed
