Quickstick Tank Car Gauging 24 in. L Stick, 1/8 in. Graduation

Tank car gauging Quickstick is a railcar measuring device that is graduated in 1/8" increments. Designed to easily attach to the dome of railcars gauging point, and can be used for custody transfer measurements or for internal measurement purposes. It is lightweight and simple to operate. Adapts to all types of tank cars. The measurements are accurate and easy to read. The gauging stick does not enter into the product. The stick reads up to 24 inches in 1/8" increments and is 3-3/4 in. diameter.

Instructions

• To use grasp Quickstik by handle and lower in tank car placing back against collar of hatch, bringing the measurement catch up against the top of tank car shell.
• With this in place lower the stainless steel measurement rod by the handle, until the paddle touches the top of the product.
• The outage is read on the ruler at the measurement where the handle points.
• The rod tension adjustments screws and plate are located at the bottom of the Quickstick.
