Morrison Bros. Stainless Steel Overfill Valves

The Fig. 9095SS Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is designed for use on top loading storage tanks that require an overfill prevention device. The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level. The valve can be retrofitted on existing tanks and fits into a 2” opening.

• Materials meet the required specifi cations of ISO 22241-3 for handling DEF
• Design allows for a full flow fill until it closes
• Valve flow rate is 150GPM at 50PSI
• 5 PSI & 5 GPM is the minimum flow requirement for valve operation
• Designed for product not requiring a drop tube (Will not work with a drop tube)
• Field adjustable float allows the installer to set the desired shut-off level & the vertical float allows for installation in openings close in proximity to the tank walls
• For ease of installation, the valve shut-off length is field adjustable from 2 to 76 inches depending on the model
• Female threaded connector to the tank
• Built-in bleed hole relieves fill line pressure once valve actuates and provides anti-siphoning protection
• Pressurized tight fill connection is required for operation
