Golden brown out of the tube, the paste turns bright red on contact with water, offering a clear, immediate visual indication of water in fuel storage systems. Ideal for use with gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and other hydrocarbons, it's also effective with sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia solutions, soap solutions, and saltwater/chloride solutions.
