JME Tanks 300 gallon Double Wall Fireguard Tank Description

FIREGUARD® tanks are designed for applications that require enhanced fire protection. The aboveground storage tanks double-wall fire-protected steel construction features an inner and outer steel tank with a unique lightweight thermal insulation material. The tank is built to UL2085 standards that exceeds the 2-hour fire test. Insulating material is 75% lighter than concrete, reducing shipping, installation and relocation costs.

The Fireguard® tank is used in site conditions where the fire code requires enhanced fire resistance due to exposure protection, enhanced fire resistance and separation distance. Some common applications are fleet maintenance facilities, airports, transportation yards, hospitals and healthcare campuses, schools, municipal facilities, generator fueling, industrial sites and any locations that is code sensitive or has strict fire marshal reviews.

• 2" Monitor Pipe, 2" or 4" (Fill), 2 – 6" (E-Vents)
• The 2" standard size fill port for each tank may be changed to 4" by request.
