JME 1:1 Stub Style Oil Transfer Pump Description

These air‑operated oil transfer pumps are designed to quickly and efficiently move oil from large drums into smaller containers. Built to perform in tough industrial environments, they are ideal for transferring low‑ to medium‑viscosity oils up to SAE 80 over short distances.
The pumps feature rugged, all‑metal construction and are fully CNC‑machined with hardened, wear‑resistant components for long‑term reliability. Each unit uses a double‑acting, reciprocating piston design powered by a 2‑1/2" (63 mm) diameter air motor, delivering discharge rates of up to 40 LPM (10.58 GPM).
Stub‑style pumps are supplied with a 1" (female) threaded non‑return valve for installation at the bottom of the suction tube. Other pump lengths include a built‑in inlet strainer to help prevent contaminants from entering the pump. These pumps are also available as complete air‑operated oil dispensing systems with oil bar tap and connecting links (ODS series), allowing quick and convenient oil dispensing directly from drums. Available configurations include Stub, 16‑Gallon, 55‑Gallon, and ODS versions.
