The Guardian Equipment G6020 Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a crucial component for ensuring safety in environments that require tepid water delivery, such as emergency eyewash stations, eye/face wash units, or drench hose setups. With a generous 13-gallon (49-liter) capacity and precision thermal actuator technology, this mixing valve blends hot and cold water to provide a consistent and safe tepid water supply. Safety is further enhanced with features like cold water bypass, hot water shutoff, and compliance with lead-free standards. This versatile valve can be configured to accommodate various mounting positions and is fully ASSE certified for peace of mind.


  • Cold Water Bypass: In case of hot water interruptions, it provides a consistent 9 GPM (34 L/min) flow of cold water.
  • Hot Water Shutoff: Protects against scalding by completely shutting off water in case of cold water supply loss.
  • High Flow Capacity: Delivers 13 GPM (49 L/min) at 30 PSI (2.1 bar) pressure drop.

  • Tepid Water Temperature: Adjustable between 65° - 95°F (18° - 35°C) with a 90°F (32°C) high temperature limit.
