PTFE Tri-Clamp Gaskets for Critical Fluid Handling

Dixon Sanitary PTFE gaskets are engineered for high-performance sealing in sanitary process lines and sensitive liquid cooling loops. Made in the USA from premium polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), these solid white gaskets provide exceptional chemical resistance and thermal stability across a temperature range of -10°F to 300°F. Because they're peroxide-cured and meet stringent 3-A, USDA, and USP Class VI Cytotoxicity standards, they're ideal for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and data center applications where maintaining fluid purity is required.

These sanitary gaskets excel in industrial and data center environments because they're compatible with dielectric fluids, water-glycol mixtures, and aggressive cleaning chemicals. However, you should account for the physical properties of solid PTFE when designing your systems.

Key features:

  • Compliance & Safety: Meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and 21 CFR 177.2600; color-coded with "no dot" for easy material identification
  • Material Stability: Highly resistant to chemical degradation and heat cycling for long-term integrity in server cooling manifolds
  • Hygienic Design: Non-stick, non-porous surface prevents bacterial growth and simplifies Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures

Installation Note: Due to the material's tendency for "cold flow" or creep, these gaskets are not recommended for use with bolted clamps. To maintain a leak-free seal in high-vibration or high-heat environments, pair with spring-loaded or torque-limiting nuts.
