304 Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp to FNPT Adapters for Sanitary Systems

These adapters are designed for 1-1/2" tube O.D. systems and feature a Tri-Clamp connection on one end and a Female NPT (FNPT) thread on the other. They offer good corrosion resistance because they're made from 304 stainless steel and polished to a 3A standard sanitary finish to minimize particulate accumulation and biological growth.

These adapters are ideal for general-purpose industrial environments including food and beverage processing, light pharmaceutical applications, and data center liquid cooling systems. The modular clamp design allows rapid, tool-free installation and maintenance, while the 304 alloy provides a cost-effective solution for use in lower-corrosivity environments where the enhanced molybdenum content of 316L isn't required. Note that for data center cooling loops using aggressive dielectric fluids or glycol-water mixtures, the 316L version should be considered for longer-term compatibility.
