Dixon 13SCC Series Clever Clamp™: Precision 2" Sanitary Compression

The Dixon 13SCC-100200 is a patent-pending 2-inch sanitary clamp designed to eliminate the guesswork and contamination risks associated with traditional tri-clamps. Featuring a threadless, lever-action design, this 304 stainless steel clamp provides consistent, controlled compression without the need for torquing tools.

By utilizing a cam-over lever mechanism, the Clever Clamp™ ensures the gasket sits perfectly flush with the tubing. This precise alignment prevents gasket intrusion or voids, effectively eliminating internal bacteria traps and protecting your process line from microbial proliferation.

The 13SCC-200 Clever Clamp™ provides a leak-proof, threadless connection ideal for the high-uptime requirements of data center liquid cooling applications where traditional threaded wingnuts are susceptible to vibration-induced loosening.
