Dixon 5500G 4 in. Aluminum API Rack Coupler Description

The Dixon 5500G API Rack Coupler is engineered for reliable fuel loading and unloading, featuring a 4" TTMA inlet flange and lightweight aluminum construction. Its five-cam locking system ensures a secure connection to standard API adapters, while the FKM-GFLT (Viton) seal lends compatibility with a wide range of fuels.

Built for safety and efficiency, the coupler includes an ergonomic ball-end handle, fully interlocked safety collar, and a modular design for fast seal replacement with no special tools required. Additionally, the replaceable nose seal can be changed without disconnecting from the loading arm, minimizing downtime.

The Dixon 5500G rack coupler is ideal for use with tank trucks and railcars and has a lower range of operating temperature than the FKM-B version.
