Clay & Bailey 2 in. Gen X Overfill Prevention Valve

The Clay & Bailey line of Gen X overfill prevention valves are top tier in the industry. The Gen X Overfill Prevention Valve (OPV; 01228-03-4500) is meant for pressure fill applications in order to prevent overfills from stopping product delivery when the pre-set limit of liquid is reached. This valve is installed through a 4 inch SCH 40 pipe nipple or on top of a spill container. It connects directly to a 2 inch fill piping oe a 3 inch reducer. Features

• Provides accurate liquid level shut-off in foaming fuels, such as diesel. Weighted float cuts through the fuel foam and shuts off at a true liquid level.
• Adjusting float height is easy, no tools required.
• The valve can be set to the desired 90%, 95% or any other shut-off level providing a wide adjustment range of over 5 in. in 3/8 in. increments.
• Delivers full product flow up to shut-off for reduced fill time.
• Allows pressure relief in the fill line after OPV closes.
• Provides positive shut-off for low leak and visual confirmation via delivery hose light shock.
