Double redundant EPDM O-rings are incorporated for maximum reliability, with only the process side O-ring in direct contact with the stream, shielding the rear O-ring from chemical exposure and maintaining continuous sealing integrity. Additionally, ACS strategically positions TC elements within the body or center electrode. Standard 5-foot leads, versatile Sanitary flanges of customer-specified size, and two available insertion depths offer installation flexibility for precise positioning. Designed for clean-in-place service, these sensors accommodate both steam and sterilizing chemicals. The ACS10 sanitary sensors meet rigorous standards, with all wetted materials being FDA-compliant and the option for USP Class VI compliance.
