Roll groovers are ideal for fitting larger pipes in cases where threading may not be an option. Roll groovers help you make the perfect connection for your piping, plumbing and HVAC need. It can help create consistent, even grooves around steel, stainless steel, and copper pipe. The 3006 roll groover follows in the tradition of quality of the 1007/3007 models and features a low maintenance quick roll change out design to groove 2 in. to 12 in. steel pipe, as well as 2 in. to 6 in. stainless steel. Groover is also compatible with the CTS Copper System for accurate and repeatable grooving of tube as small as 2 in. diameter. Each machine comes standard with Gruvlok hands free nipple guide, allowing for the shortest nipple grooving and hands free for operator safety. Shipped in a closed wood crate that can be used for storage or rental tool return. Note: Ridgid 300 Power Drive motor not included. Contractors usually have one, since they are a popular item. If don't have, buy one from a local distributor or retailer.
