RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your order. We appreciate your business. In order to help serve you better, we have listed some guidelines of our return policy:

• Please inspect your merchandise immediately, and report all discrepancies within 10 days by calling 1-800-333-3331 and ask for the sales department.

• If you have a return or warranty claim, you must fill-in the Return Merchandise Request by clicking here, or by calling our sales department in advance to request a Return Goods Authorization number. Please be ready to provide the following information:

-Invoice or order number
-Item numbers
-Your contact information

The Returns Department will then fax or email a return authorization with instructions. (Returns will not be accepted without an RGA number. All returns must have the RGA number clearly written on the outside of the box.)

• On warranty items, once the item has a positive warranty determination, a replacement, repair, or credit will be issued at the manufacturer’s discretion.

• All returns are freight pre-paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

• Credits or replacements will be issued pending inspection and approval (of return) by the John M. Ellsworth Company or the manufacturer.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt, with an exception to warranty items.
