Collars made of carbon steel. 316 stainless steel & heavy duty (schedule 80) polypropylene collars are also available for chemical compatibility.
Connections between the load line and the trucks load hose are enclosed inside the container capturing any spills when disconnecting.
Leaky valves drip inside container and are cleaned out with the sidewinder at next transfer.
Patented sidewinder cleans out container at every transfer. When truck is filled the main valve is closed and the sidewinder valve is opened. Spills inside the container are drawn up and air is also drawn in to bleed the hose. Upon disconnect there is little spilled inside the container (which is drawn up at the next transfer).
Containers save on lost product, worker safety, and expensive clean up of storm water drainage.
301 Units have carbon steel collars and saddles that are powder coated to prevent corrosion.
