National Spencer 382 Variable stroke with non-drip tip. Easily adapts from 15-55 gallon drums with telescoping suction tube. Recommended for light oil (max. 40 wt), ATF, Hydraulic Fluid, Kerosene & Diesel Fuel. The 382 has a Unique variable stroke allows for easy transfer of fluids at a rate of 9 1/2 to 15-oz. per stroke. 15" from drum to spout outlet makes this on of the tallest pumps available.

IMPORTANT: Not suitable for water based products.
